Veterans Retreat August 23, 2023
During August 23-25, 2023, Camp Resilience, along with several other collaborators, conducted a women veteran retreat at Ladd Farm in Bridgewater, NH. Supporting this event were Wounded Warrior Project, Ladd Farm, At Liberty CONNECTIONS, Operation Renewed Freedom, Moon Shadow Farm, and the American Red Cross, among others.
Activities included meditation with equines, trail walks, herd observations, energy work, therapeutic art, trail rides, and golf simulation at the Bridgewater Country Store. The Red Cross personnel facilitated two interactive sessions β β Stress Solutionsβ and βEffective Communications.β Lunch was provided to all attendees and the retreat ended at 1:00PM on August 25th.Β
